Beef Bulgogi Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 package Trader Joe’s Frozen Beef Bulgogi

  • Flour tortillas

  • 1 bag Trader Joe’s Coleslaw Mix (with dressing packet)

  • Sriracha

  • Plain Greek yogurt

  • Fresh cilantro, chopped

  • Limes


Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Beef Bulgogi according to the package instructions.

  2. While the beef cooks, heat the flour tortillas in a dry skillet until warm and slightly toasted. Set aside.

  3. Toss the coleslaw mix with half of the included dressing packet. Mix well and set aside.

  4. In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt with sriracha (to taste) and a splash of water. Stir until smooth and drizzle-able.

  5. On each tortilla, layer beef, slaw, and a drizzle of sriracha sauce.

  6. Top with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice. These tacos pair perfectly with a spicy margarita!
