Ingredients

1 package Trader Joe’s Frozen Beef Bulgogi
Flour tortillas
1 bag Trader Joe’s Coleslaw Mix (with dressing packet)
Sriracha
Plain Greek yogurt
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Limes
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Beef Bulgogi according to the package instructions.
While the beef cooks, heat the flour tortillas in a dry skillet until warm and slightly toasted. Set aside.
Toss the coleslaw mix with half of the included dressing packet. Mix well and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt with sriracha (to taste) and a splash of water. Stir until smooth and drizzle-able.
On each tortilla, layer beef, slaw, and a drizzle of sriracha sauce.
Top with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice. These tacos pair perfectly with a spicy margarita!
