High Protein Healthier Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups finely shredded chicken (I used rotisserie)

  • 1 cup blended cottage cheese 

  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

  • 4oz reduced fat cream cheese

  • 4oz light cheddar cheese 

  • 1 tbs ranch seasoning 

  • 1/3 cup pickled jalapeños (optional)

  • Diced scallions, for garnish 


Instructions 

  1. Add all ingredients to a crock pot and mix well

  2. Set the crock pot to high for 1.5-2 hours 

  3. Mix again to make sure all cheese is incorporated. Top with diced scallions and set to warm for the next few hours!


Note: I like to serve with bell peppers and cucumbers in addition to chips :)
