High Protein Healthier Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

2.5 cups finely shredded chicken (I used rotisserie)
1 cup blended cottage cheese
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
4oz reduced fat cream cheese
4oz light cheddar cheese
1 tbs ranch seasoning
1/3 cup pickled jalapeños (optional)
Diced scallions, for garnish
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a crock pot and mix well
Set the crock pot to high for 1.5-2 hours
Mix again to make sure all cheese is incorporated. Top with diced scallions and set to warm for the next few hours!
Note: I like to serve with bell peppers and cucumbers in addition to chips :)
