Blackberry Date Overnight Oats

Ingredients

½ cup rolled oats
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
½ tbsp sweetener of choice (like maple syrup, honey, or stevia)
A dash of cinnamon
½ cup fresh or frozen blackberries
2 tbsp chopped dates
Instructions
In a container or jar with a lid, combine the oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, protein powder, sweetener, and cinnamon. Stir well to combine.
Gently top with blackberries and chopped dates.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
In the morning, stir and enjoy cold or warmed up. Works great as a meal prep for the week!
