Blueberry Vanilla Chia Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats 

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp blueberries

  • 1 tsp hemp seeds 


Instructions 

  1. Add all ingredients other than your toppings to a container and mix well. I recommend prepping multiple servings at once!

  2. Top with the blueberries and hemp seeds. 

  3. Allow to sit in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 6 hours before enjoying!
