Brownie Batter Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1 serving chocolate protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder

  • ½ cup water

  • ¾ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

  • Toppings: raspberries, chocolate chips, hemp seeds


Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, mix the chia seeds, protein powder, cacao powder, and water until well combined.

  2. Stir in the Greek yogurt until smooth.

  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the chia seeds to thicken.

  4. Before serving, top with raspberries, chocolate chips, and hemp seeds. Enjoy!
