Circus Cookie Protein Balls

Ingredients

1 cup cashew or almond butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
⅓ cup vanilla protein powder
⅓ cup oat flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons sprinkles
3 tablespoons sugar-free white chocolate chips
Instructions
Add the cashew butter, vanilla, and maple syrup to a bowl. Mix well.
Add all remaining ingredients and combine until a dough forms.
Scoop the dough and roll into roughly 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls.
Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks!
