Circus Cookie Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashew or almond butter 

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

  • ⅓ cup vanilla protein powder 

  • ⅓ cup oat flour

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 3 tablespoons sprinkles

  • 3 tablespoons sugar-free white chocolate chips 


Instructions

  • Add the cashew butter, vanilla, and maple syrup to a bowl. Mix well. 

  • Add all remaining ingredients and combine until a dough forms.

  • Scoop the dough and roll into roughly 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls. 

  • Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks!
