Cozy Biscoff Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

½ cup rolled oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ scoop vanilla or caramel protein powder
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup almond milk
½ tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
1 Lotus Biscoff biscuit
Instructions:
In a bowl or container, combine the oats, cinnamon, chia seeds, protein powder, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and maple syrup. Stir until well mixed.
Place the Biscoff cookie on top (whole).
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, the oats will be thick and creamy, and the cookie will have softened. Scoop it up with your spoon and enjoy!
