Creamy Cilantro-Lime Drizzle

Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado
1 bunch fresh cilantro (stems are fine)
1 small jalapeño (seeded for less heat)
1 garlic clove
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (or more for extra creaminess)
2–3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt to taste
Water to thin, as needed (start with 1–2 Tbsp)
Instructions:
In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, cilantro, jalapeño, garlic, lime juice, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and a pinch of salt.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Add water a tablespoon at a time until it reaches your desired consistency.
Taste and adjust: more lime for brightness, salt for balance, or yogurt for extra tang.
I serve this creamy cilantro-lime drizzle with my lean ground turkey tacos and it completely elevates the flavor. It also works well on eggs or salads!
