Creamy Cilantro-Lime Drizzle

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro (stems are fine)

  • 1 small jalapeño (seeded for less heat)

  • 1 garlic clove

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (or more for extra creaminess)

  • 2–3 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt to taste

  • Water to thin, as needed (start with 1–2 Tbsp)


Instructions:

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, cilantro, jalapeño, garlic, lime juice, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and a pinch of salt.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add water a tablespoon at a time until it reaches your desired consistency.

  3. Taste and adjust: more lime for brightness, salt for balance, or yogurt for extra tang.


I serve this creamy cilantro-lime drizzle with my lean ground turkey tacos and it completely elevates the flavor. It also works well on eggs or salads!
