Healthy High-Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese, blended until smooth
2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
1/3 cup buffalo sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I like to use a mix of sharp and white cheddar)
Sliced green onion, for topping
Bell pepper slices and pita chips, for serving
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix the blended cottage cheese with the shredded chicken.
Stir in the buffalo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and a few cracks of black pepper.
Mix in half of the shredded cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese evenly on top.
Bake for 20 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
Garnish with sliced green onion and serve warm with bell pepper slices and pita chips for dipping.
Tip: This dip reheats well, perfect for lunch during the week!
