Mango Sticky Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats 

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk 

  • 1/2 cup water 

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk or coconut milk (more to drizzle over the top)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste 


Recommended Toppings 

  • Sliced mango, banana, raspberries 

  • Hemp seeds

  • Shaved or toasted coconut 


  1. Combine all base ingredients in a bowl or container and mix thoroughly.

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight. If meal prepping for the week, these oats will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.

  3. When ready to eat, top with mango, coconut, and any other desired toppings. Finish with a drizzle of sweetened condensed milk for extra sweetness!
