Mango Sticky Overnight Oats

Ingredients

1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk or coconut milk (more to drizzle over the top)
1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
Recommended Toppings
Sliced mango, banana, raspberries
Hemp seeds
Shaved or toasted coconut
Combine all base ingredients in a bowl or container and mix thoroughly.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. If meal prepping for the week, these oats will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
When ready to eat, top with mango, coconut, and any other desired toppings. Finish with a drizzle of sweetened condensed milk for extra sweetness!
