Maple Coffee Cake Chia Bowl

Ingredients:

3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup chia seed pudding (made by soaking chia seeds overnight in milk with sweetener of choice)
1/3 cup fresh blueberries
1 Fiber One Coffee Cake Square, crumbled
Drizzle of nut butter (such as almond, peanut, or cashew)
Drizzle of sweetener of choice (maple syrup, honey, date paste, or agave)
1 tsp hemp seeds
Instructions:
In a bowl, layer the plain Greek yogurt and chia seed pudding side by side or swirled together.
Top with blueberries and crumbled coffee cake square.
Drizzle with your favorite nut butter and sweetener.
Sprinkle hemp seeds on top for a boost of fiber and healthy fats. Enjoy!
