Rotisserie Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

1 rotisserie chicken, diced
½ red onion, finely diced
3-4 stalks of celery, thinly sliced
1 bunch of dill, finely chopped
3 tablespoons mayo
3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl
2. Mix until everything is well combined
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste
4. Chill and serve
This Rotisserie Chicken Salad stores well in the fridge, making it perfect for lunch meal prep throughout the week. I like to serve it on a lavash wrap with lettuce and pickles for a delicious and convenient meal!
