Summer Fruit Chia Bowl

Ingredients

150g plain greek yogurt
2 Tbs chia seeds
1/4 cup almond milk
Blueberries, rinsed
Blackberries, rinsed and halved
1/3 cup mango, diced
1/3 cup peach, diced
Almond, cashew, or peanut butter
Honey or agave
Dark chocolate chips
Optional: Hemp seeds, cinnamon
Instructions
Add the yogurt, chia seeds, and milk to a container and mix well. Allow to sit overnight in the refrigerator or for at least 6 hours.
When ready to assemble your bowl, add the chia pudding as a base. Layer the fruit and drizzle with your sweetener of choice.
Sprinkle on about a tablespoon of dark chocolate chips, and top with any additional toppings as desired. I like to add cinnamon and help seeds!
