Summer Fruit Chia Bowl

Ingredients

  • 150g plain greek yogurt 

  • 2 Tbs chia seeds 

  • 1/4 cup almond milk 

  • Blueberries, rinsed 

  • Blackberries, rinsed and halved

  • 1/3 cup mango, diced 

  • 1/3 cup peach, diced 

  • Almond, cashew, or peanut butter 

  • Honey or agave 

  • Dark chocolate chips 

  • Optional: Hemp seeds, cinnamon 


Instructions 

  1. Add the yogurt, chia seeds, and milk to a container and mix well. Allow to sit overnight in the refrigerator or for at least 6 hours.

  2. When ready to assemble your bowl, add the chia pudding as a base. Layer the fruit and drizzle with your sweetener of choice. 

  3. Sprinkle on about a tablespoon of dark chocolate chips, and top with any additional toppings as desired. I like to add cinnamon and help seeds!
