PB & J Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 strawberry Oikos Greek yogurt 

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup almond milk 

  • 1/2 cup strawberries, diced 

  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter 

  • 1/2 tbsp white chocolate chips 


Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, chia seeds, and almond mix in a container. Mix well and incorporate the strawberry pieces. 

  2. Top with a layer of peanut or almond butter (tip: warm it up for 30 seconds in the microwave!)

  3. Add in the white chocolate chips and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy as the perfect nostalgic breakfast or midday treat!
